By accessing RegVision (website, landing teardown, or authenticated workspace), you agree to these Terms. Services are offered to businesses and professionals in India. You represent that you have authority to bind your organisation.

RegVision provides advisory compliance decision-support — surfacing drift against India's regulatory corpus (DPDP, RBI, IRDAI, SEBI). We do not provide legal advice. Your Data Protection Officer or compliance function retains all compliance authority and decisions.

On-page summaries describe patterns from one authorised MP4 or MOV screen recording — not a certification of your specific application. Full clause-cited reports are delivered asynchronously after human review. We do not offer live-website audits on the public landing page.

You must only upload a screen recording you are authorised to share for this purpose.

• No hostile reconnaissance, unauthorised scanning of third-party production systems, or misuse of outputs.
• No submission of malware or unlawful content.
• No attempt to extract or reverse-engineer proprietary models beyond permitted API use.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant RegVision a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the requested assessment or report. See our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.

Outputs may include cannot determine where evidence is insufficient — we do not guess. We do not warrant that use of RegVision ensures regulatory compliance or prevents enforcement action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegVision's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Subject to legal review before enterprise contracts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
